Welcome to the new EBPF website...
This is the official site of the English Blackball Pool Federation (formerly the English Pool Counties Federation), the national governing body for pool in England played to the new Blackball Rules. It is affiliated to the newly formed European Blackball Association (formerly the E&UKPF).
As a result of the organisation's name change last year, we have now relaunched the site at www.ebpf.org.uk. Thank you for your continued patience whilst we develop the site. Please feel free to get in touch with any ideas for the site or if you would like to link with us.
